CLES Has It’s Third New Home

Crooked Line Etching Studio has a new home!  Burt and John are in a recently completed and very comfortable space that makes us smile. The new building is on the same corner of Madison’s Winnebago Street as our original studio.  Our space has heat, air conditioning, large windows that fill the space with sunlight, and just down the hall–perhaps the best benefit–nine other studios filled with artists to share and discuss ideas.

We had a pandemic safe opening celebration with our wives, a bottle of Prosecco, and hors d’oeuvres.  Sincere thanks goes to our wives for their continued support as well as the partners of Accipiter Properties, Adam Chern and John Young, who managed our moves and the individual designs of our studio spaces and are dedicated to the continued existence of Winnebago.
